Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS Management or related field.
• BCSP certification highly preferred.
• Experience in safety role with policy development and safety program implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication, leadership and training skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update company-wide EHS policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Lead daily EHS activities, including training, coaching and employee engagement.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards and evaluate effectiveness of EHS measures.
• Deliver safety training and communication in English and Spanish.
• Investigate workplace incidents and provide detailed reports with corrective actions.
