Sazerac seeks a hands-on Safety/EHS Coordinator to strengthen our safety culture in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You’ll develop and execute comprehensive safety and environmental programs, deliver training, and drive incident investigations to prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities

• Support and strengthen safety and environmental programs.
• Deliver safety training and new-employee orientation.
• Perform inspections and risk assessments with operations teams.
• Lead and document investigations of incidents and near misses.
• Assist with OSHA and environmental regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response programs and drills.
• Monitor safety metrics and continuous improvement efforts.
