Operation HOPE in Miami, FL seeks a Bilingual Small Business Financial Wellbeing Coach for the HOPE Program. This full-time role supports entrepreneurs with one-on-one coaching, trainings, and access to resources to grow sustainable small businesses.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has practical experience in financial management, business planning, and marketing, and can deliver workshops and engage diverse communities in person or virtually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years in financial industry.
• Flexibility to deliver evening workshops.
• Ability to meet monthly and annual production goals.
• Proven experience in small business coaching, consulting, or entrepreneurship.
• Strong knowledge of business planning, financial management and marketing strategies.

Responsabilités

• Individual Coaching: build and maintain client bases, update plans, recruit new clients.
• Training and Workshops: facilitate workshops on credit and money management and entrepreneurship.
• Resource Connection: connect clients with government programs, grants, and opportunities.
• Monitoring and Evaluations: track progress and outcomes of coaching; report metrics.
• Networking and Community Engagement: build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
• Service Spanish Speaking Clients: fluency in English and Spanish to engage Hispanic and Latino communities.
