Centro de la Familia in Utah seeks an Early Childhood Education Coach to lead Practice-Based Coaching with Head Start staff. Under the Education Director, you will provide intensive coaching to teachers to improve classroom practices and child outcomes, emphasizing bilingual Spanish/English support.

You will stay current on ELOF and Head Start standards, conduct observations, guide professional development, and document progress.

Formación

• Professional coaching and mentorship skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English for dual-language learners.
• Knowledge of early childhood education standards and ELOF.

Responsabilidades

• Provide intensive coaching to teachers to improve classroom practices.
• Stay current on PBC, ELOF, and Head Start Performance Standards.
• Deliver professional development and action planning with staff.
• Conduct classroom observations and reflective conversations with teachers.
• Travel regularly to center sites for coaching sessions.
• Document PBC progress and report to Education Director.
• Ensure CLASS observer reliability and data accuracy.
