Job summary

Centro de la Familia in Utah is seeking an Early Childhood Education Coach to support the implementation of Practice-Based Coaching (PBC). Under the Education Director, you will provide intensive coaching to teachers to elevate teaching practices and improve child outcomes across Providence or Honeyville centers.

You will stay current with Head Start standards, promote dual-language learning, review data with Education Specialist, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience in adult learning and data-driven decision making.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of developments in early childhood education, including PBC, ELOF, and Head Start Standards.
• Coach teachers to enhance teaching practices and child outcomes.
• Travel regularly to centers to conduct coaching sessions.
• Model effective teaching practices in classrooms.
• Review data and guide professional development tracks.
• Assist teachers in creating action plans based on practices.
• Document the PBC process and provide progress reports.
• Engage in reflective conversations with teachers.
