Job summary

ESC Region 11 is seeking a TEMPORARY: A Bright Beginning/ Project SMART Instructor to support two instructional components in White Settlement, Texas. The role is hourly and may be partially funded, reporting to the Coordinator of Administrative Services.

The position requires Texas Teacher Certification, a Bachelor's Degree, and fluent Spanish, with a minimum of three years of teaching experience. Enthusiastic collaboration with families and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Texas Teacher Certification and a Bachelor's Degree.
• Early childhood certification or experience is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABB home-based early literacy instruction and Project SMART tutoring.
• Plan individualized lessons and prepare materials and assessments.
• Coordinate home visits with families and maintain records with deadlines.
• Administer pre- and post-assessments and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Maintain attendance and student documentation; protect confidentiality.
• Attend required trainings and collaborate with program staff.
