Centro de la Familia de Utah is hiring a Center Aide to work under the Education Specialist. This entry-level role supports classroom activities, supervises play areas, and helps ensure health, safety, and school readiness of young learners across multiple center locations.

Candidates without prior experience are welcome; you’ll gain hands-on training, with opportunities in transportation, kitchen operations, family services, and developmental supports.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; enthusiasm for working with children.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Assist in classroom as directed by teachers.
• Supervise playground to ensure safety.
• Support health, safety, and readiness of children.
• Contribute to transportation, kitchen operations, and family services as needed.
• Support development across physical, social, emotional, and language areas.
