Zusammenfassung

Alta Mira Specialized Family Services is seeking a Developmental Specialist to support infants and toddlers through the IFSP process. You will collaborate with families and a trans-disciplinary team, conducting assessments and ensuring culturally appropriate evaluation practices.

The role requires NM DS-2 or DS-3 certification and related degrees, with a commitment to family-centered care and ongoing professional collaboration. This position is on-site in New Mexico.

Qualifikationen

• New Mexico certification as a Developmental Specialist 2, bachelor’s degree required.
• New Mexico certification as a Developmental Specialist 3, master’s degree required.
• Current New Mexico driver’s license or ability to arrange transportation.

Aufgaben

• Participate in developmental assessments for infants and toddlers with multiple domains.
• Administer, score, and interpret formal testing instruments appropriately.
• Collaborate with families and team staff throughout IFSP development and reviews.
• Document and report assessment results with clarity and accuracy.
