Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring a Bilingual Developmental Specialist for our Early Intervention team in Fall River, MA. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with no holidays or weekends, offering $27.00–$30.00 per hour plus incentives based on a 40-hour work week.

You will work with families to support developmental needs, perform home visits and assessments, and participate in meetings to ensure quality care and advocacy. The position requires bilingual proficiency and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or Spanish is required.
• Strong communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement IFSPs.
• Conduct home visits, screenings, assessments, and educational activities.
• Participate in meetings and planning, providing resources and advocacy.
