Job summary

Developmental Pathways seeks a Bilingual Service Coordinator to support early intervention services for children in diverse settings. You will lead coordination with families, therapists, and providers, and mentor junior coordinators.

The role offers a 4-day, 40-hour workweek with remote work options and in-person collaboration at the Aurora, CO headquarters or off-site locations. Strong English/Spanish skills are required, plus relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency required in English and Spanish.
• Experience coordinating services for children with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work with families, providers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services and providers per IFSP.
• Develop and review IFSP/FSP with families and team.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with families and service providers.
• Maintain case documentation and communicate program changes.
