Job summary

The Committee for Hispanic Children and Families (CHCF) seeks an Early Education Specialist to join a Brooklyn-based team. You will work with home-based childcare providers, delivering training and coaching to improve early care and family outcomes in New York City.

You will manage a caseload, conduct coaching and site visits, and coordinate with the ECEI to strengthen program quality. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related

Responsibilities

• Manages a caseload of providers and develops individualized coaching plans.
• Delivers training and technical assistance to home-based childcare providers.
• Performs intensive site visits and documents progress and outcomes.
• Coordinates quality improvement resources and partner services (CCR&R, etc.).
• Maintains case notes and progress documentation for all providers.
