Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish with written and spoken proficiency.
• Experience working with families and young children in bilingual settings.
• Ability to translate documents occasionally under supervision.
• Strong organization and data-entry skills for screening records.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with staff, families, and community members.
• Schedule referrals and appointments for screenings and evaluations.
• Conduct telephone and in-person parent interviews and developmental screenings.
• Enter student data into district information systems and maintain records.
• Assist with documentation, mailings, and reporting to state and district offices.
• Support the early childhood evaluation team and collaborate with the administrator.
