Aufgaben

• Support implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Assist in creating a safe, organized classroom environment.
• Supervise students during all activities and transitions.
• Promote positive social, emotional, and behavioral development.
• Provide small-group and individualized literacy and language support.
• Assist Lead Teacher with lesson prep and routines.
• Observe and document student behavior for pacing with Lead Teacher.
• Support assessments and documentation per guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and support staff.
• Communicate professionally with families as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and family information.
• Cover classroom supervision in Lead Teacher's absence.
• Follow all policies, health and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
