Job summary

Actus Consulting Group is seeking a DX Manager/Senior DX Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across the Americas, with a focus on strategy, delivery, and business development.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, fluency in English and Japanese, and the ability to manage large, complex projects in multinational environments. Domestic/international travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or solution delivery.
Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud services and/or business applications.
Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects in enterprise settings.
Fluent in English; capable of delivering professional services to enterprise clients; Japanese proficiency is required.
Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements and develop digital strategy proposals aligned with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, including advisory services, technical implementation, user adoption and training.
Design, develop, and deliver repeatable digital solutions and consulting offerings.
Identify opportunities, expand service footprint, and foster strategic partnerships to enhance client value.
