Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a DX Manager / Senior DX Manager to lead multi-country digital transformation initiatives for Americas-based enterprise clients. You will drive strategic consulting, solution delivery, and business development, partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver business value through digital innovation.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud expertise, and proven ability to manage large-scale programs across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, project management, technology sales, or solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud services and/or business applications
• Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise projects
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multilingual environments
• Business-level English and Japanese proficiency

Responsibilities

• Engage with executive-level stakeholders to understand transformation objectives and needs
• Develop and present digital transformation strategies aligned with client goals
• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects including advisory, implementation, user adoption, and training
• Design and develop repeatable digital solutions and consulting offerings
• Build proof-of-concept applications, AI solutions, dashboards, and internal tools
• Support implementation, testing, change management, and user adoption initiatives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Expand service offerings and strengthen client relationships

Position Summary

In this position, you will lead digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across the Americas, driving strategic consulting, solution delivery, and business development activities while partnering with executive stakeholders to create business value through digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with executive-level stakeholders to understand business objectives and transformation needs
• Develop and present digital transformation strategies aligned with client goals
• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, including advisory services, implementation, user adoption, and training
• Design and develop repeatable digital solutions and consulting offerings
• Build proof-of-concept applications, AI solutions, dashboards, and internal tools
• Support implementation, testing, change management, and user adoption initiatives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Expand service offerings and strengthen client relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, project management, technology sales, or solution delivery
• Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud services and/or business applications
• Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise projects
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multilingual environments
• Business-level English and Japanese proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies, including M365, Power Platform, Power BI, Fabric, Dynamics 365, and Azure
• Experience with Generative AI solutions and enterprise AI platforms
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, CRM platforms, and modern enterprise IT tools
• Experience with data and analytics platforms
• PMP certification
• Familiarity with Japanese business culture and operations in the Americas
• Industry knowledge in home building, real estate, construction, or financial reporting
• Experience working with hybrid, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams

SALARY

USD 100,000-140,000

Additional Information

• Up to 50% domestic and international travel required
• Occasional evening, weekend, holiday work, and business travel as necessary
