Job summary

Jasper Engines is seeking a Document Control Associate to support the Process Control team and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001). The role includes translating work instructions from English to Spanish and ensuring accurate, up-to-date documentation on the plant floor.

You will translate documents, assist with training materials, and collaborate with departments to resolve documentation issues.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word; basic Excel skills are a plus.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Quality Management System according to ISO 9001.
• Modify, maintain, and distribute QMS documents.
• Assist departments with developing work instructions and training materials.
• Document review/analysis/data entry and translation (English/Spanish).
• Support process changes and ensure up-to-date documentation on the plant floor.
