Confidential is seeking a dynamic Territory/District Manager to lead multiple stores, coach Retail Store Managers, and drive sales growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit and mentor top talent, manage performance, and align store operations with company standards. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in cell phone or consumer electronics.
• Multi-unit management across locations.
• Strong recruiter and mentor with passion for talent development.
• Proven track record of training and performance management.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
