Job summary

Lopez Auto Insurance is seeking a District Manager to oversee 10–12 store locations, driving sales, service, and operational performance with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) with 5 years of multi-store leadership and at least 1 year of sales experience, plus strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills.

Travel across locations is required; TX P&C license is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Proven skills in sales, coaching, and customer service.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and business tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 10–12 store locations to ensure strong sales, service, and operational performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers through visits, meetings, and training.
• Analyze performance data and P&L reports to drive growth and profitability.
• Support recruitment, staffing, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct business reviews and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Travel regularly across assigned locations.
