Job summary

Lopez Auto Insurance is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple store locations, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities and multi-store leadership, with travel across Texas.

You will oversee 10-12 stores, coach managers, and analyze data to grow sales and profitability while supporting recruiting and staff engagement initiatives. A Texas property & casualty license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• 5 years of multi-store leadership experience.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Proven skills in sales, coaching, and customer service.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Flexible and results-driven mindset.
• TX Property & Casualty License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee 10-12 store locations, ensuring strong sales, service, and operational performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers through regular visits, meetings, and training.
• Analyze performance data and P&L reports to drive growth and profitability.
• Support recruitment, staffing, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct business reviews and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Travel regularly across assigned locations.
