Job summary

Lopez Auto Insurance is seeking a bilingual District Manager to lead 10–12 store locations across Texas, driving sales, service, and operational performance.

You will coach store managers, analyze performance data and P&L, support recruiting and engagement initiatives, ensure compliance with company standards, and travel regularly to visit locations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• 5 years of multi-store leadership experience.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and business tools.
• TX Property & Casualty License preferred.
