Job summary

ADUSA Distribution, the distribution arm of Ahold Delhaize USA, seeks a Supervisor, Distribution Operations to lead a fast-paced team in Mauldin, SC. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule performance while coordinating with Distribution, Transportation, and Inventory Management to support retail partners.

You will develop talent, optimize staffing, monitor budgets, and drive continuous improvement across the distribution center to deliver superior service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in general distribution operations or related field.
• High school diploma required.
• College degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience with hourly associates.
• Powered industrial equipment certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Safety-First Culture and maintain a safe, positive work environment.
• Oversee day-to-day department operations and supervise assigned associates.
• Coach, motivate, and manage performance with feedback and recognition.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, accurate inventory flow.
• Monitor staffing, resources, and support recruiting and training.
• Share critical shift updates and coordinate with other departments.
• Lead the team to meet productivity, quality, and cost targets under budget constraints.
