ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch temporary janitorial team members across locations in the Chicago area. The role offers $20.00/hr with a comprehensive benefits package.

The position emphasizes timely movement of personnel and strong communication with shift coordinators and supervisors. Ideal candidates will have dispatching or multi-line reception experience and may be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 1 year of prior multi-line reception or dispatching experience recommended.
• Experience scheduling and dispatching 50+ employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective communication with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
• Schedule and dispatch resources and teams to locations per customer requests and schedules.
• Ensure timely movement of team members according to work orders and resource schedules.
• Oversee communications within assigned area(s).
• Record and maintain dispatch information, including temporary employee time and schedules.
• Confer with ABM supervisors and team members to address questions or requests for coverage.
• Compile statistics and reports on work progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
