Certerra is seeking a Dispatch & Fleet Coordinator to manage the scheduling and deployment of construction material testing technicians and the day-to-day coordination of the field vehicle fleet. Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or operations coordination experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong command of multi-site scheduling logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to manage urgent field situations calmly.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, fleet management tools, spreadsheets, and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly field schedules for materials testing technicians across multiple project sites.
• Receive and process service requests from project managers, contractors, and clients; assign technicians by availability, certification, location, and scope.
• Monitor real-time job progress, adjust schedules, and relocate staff as needed.
• Coordinate equipment availability and consumable supplies as part of dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and documentation.
• Assist admin with same-day work orders for technicians.
• Communicate with admin staff and field technicians to ensure report deliveries and closing out orders.
• Inform technicians of job site requirements, access instructions, and safety protocols.
• Proactively notify clients of schedule changes or delays.
• Manage fleet availability and swap vehicles to prevent schedule disruptions when needed.
• Coordinate all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of company vehicles.
• Track vehicle registration and insurance documents across the fleet.
• Serve as first point of contact for breakdowns and roadside issues.
