Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Providence, RI seeks Direct Support Professionals to work with children, teens and young adults with developmental, social, and emotional needs in homes and in the community. This role offers meaningful work with families and a chance to make a difference.

Fluency in English and Haitian-Creole is required. Part-time positions (6-20 hours) include after school, evening, and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Haitian-Creole required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in human services preferred.
• Ability to pass clearances and have valid car insurance/registration.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals aged 3-21 with developmental, social, and emotional needs.
• Follow behavior plans and programs created by the clinical supervisor.
• Teach, role-model, implement interventions, and collect daily data.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
