Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy in New Jersey is seeking compassionate therapists to deliver DIRFloortime-based, in-home 1:1 sessions with autistic children after school hours. You will build strong, trusting relationships through play and collect light data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Must be able to engage physically with children (play on floor) and provide DIRFloortime therapy.
• Pass Federal and State background checks.
• Valid form of ID and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children.
• Build trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play.
• Carry out light data collection using phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with credentialed supervisors and receive ongoing support.
