Kinder Growth Therapy is seeking a part-time in-home therapist to provide DIRFloortime sessions for autistic children in New Jersey. Sessions are 1:1, play-based, and conducted in clients' homes, with scheduling primarily weekday afternoons and evenings.

You will collaborate with credentialed supervisors, receive weekly mentorship, and have opportunities for training reimbursements. A flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and health insurance for full-time staff are part of the benefits.

Formación

• Reliable transportation and ability to work in clients' homes.
• Willingness to engage physically with children in play.
• Competence with a phone or tablet for session data collection.
• Able to pass Federal and State background checks.
• Valid form of ID and eligibility to work.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide playful, 1:1 therapy sessions using DIRFloortime principles.
• Build trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play.
• Record light session data using mobile devices.
• Collaborate with and receive ongoing supervision from credentialed staff.
