Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy in New Jersey is seeking compassionate therapists to provide 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children in-home sessions. Build strong relationships through play, gather light session data, and work with credentialed supervisors.

Flexibility is offered with weekday afternoons/evenings and optional weekends; reliable transportation and bilingual Spanish-English are required. Preferred: bachelor's degree and DIRFloortime experience.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Bilingual Spanish-English is required.
• Able to pass Federal and State background checks.
• Ability to engage physically with children (e.g., playing on the floor).
• Comfort with after-school schedule and some weekend sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play.
• Collect light session data using your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors.
