Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy is seeking a part-time DIRFloortime clinician to provide in-home sessions with autistic children in New Jersey. You will work primarily in the afternoons and evenings, building connections through play and tracking progress with light data on a mobile device.

Join a collaborative team that values family-centered care, flexible scheduling, and ongoing supervision with credentialed supervisors. Travel to client homes within a 30-minute radius is expected.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to engage physically with children (e.g., playing on the floor).
• Must be able to pass Federal and State background checks.
• Must have a valid form of ID.
• Working phone or tablet to collect session data.
• Bilingual Spanish-English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play.
• Collect light session data using your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with credentialed supervisors and receive ongoing support.
