Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy is seeking a part-time in-home DIRFloortime therapist to work with autistic children in the New Jersey Cape May area. Sessions are mostly after-school, with flexible weekday hours and some weekend opportunities.

You will build meaningful relationships through play, collect light session data on a mobile device, and receive supervision from credentialed therapists. A relevant degree and bilingual ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• DIRFloortime therapy experience or training.
• Ability to engage physically with children during sessions.
• Comfort collecting session data on a phone or tablet.
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play.
• Collect light session data using your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors.
