Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy in Newark, NJ is seeking a part-time in-home DIRFloortime therapist to support autistic children. Most sessions occur weekday afternoons and evenings, with some weekend options, and families are matched within 30 minutes of your location.

You will provide 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy, build trusted relationships through play, collect light data, and receive supervision from credentialed staff. Flexible hours and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-English is required.
• Reliable transportation to in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage physically with children (play on floor, etc.).
• Must pass Federal and State background checks and provide valid ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play.
• Collect light session data using a phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with and receive ongoing supervision from credentialed supervisors.
