Goodwill Industries of the Columbia is seeking a full-time English/Spanish Digital Literacy instructor to deliver in-person and remote instruction across the region in Washington. You will assess needs, guide participants through Microsoft Office, email, and internet navigation, and adapt materials for diverse learners.

The role involves collaboration with a Digital Literacy Program Coordinator, outreach to immigrants, refugees, and English learners, and occasional weekend/evening events.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience teaching or leading groups is required.
• Intermediate computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word, and internet use.

Responsibilities

• Prepare objectives and outlines for courses with clear learning goals.
• Teach basic computer skills and essential software applications to participants.
• Provide one-on-one digital skills help and guidance on using devices and software.
