Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with major in finance or related field.
• Two years’ experience in a financial services company or related management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to lead a project and implement policies.
• Fully bilingual – English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), reporting systems and other business applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive and dynamic customer service; support digital channel adoption.
• Refer customers to the digital channel options according to needs.
• Support the definition and development of digital channels adoption strategies.
• Visit physical channels to provide feedback on digital tools and strategies.
• Use client insights to create customer journeys and digital briefs.
• Stay up to date on Oriental’s digital channels to provide insights and guidance.
