Rock Dental Brands is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison between our practices and patients, efficiently scheduling appointments and resolving patient issues while maintaining a positive patient experience across clinics.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and is comfortable using basic computer tools to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls relating to new patient consultations, triage emergency calls, accept payments, and represent clinics in a professional manner.
• Maintain exceptional call quality and scheduling throughput.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Determine inquiries to be forwarded or transferred for further research and assistance.
• Work routine claims in non-technical mailboxes as assigned.
• Outbound calling to assist clinics with scheduling.
• Attend and contribute to team huddles and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
