Aligned Dental in San Jose invites an experienced bilingual dental practice manager to join our private family practice. You will oversee daily clinical and non-clinical operations, enforce policies, and lead a patient-focused team to deliver high-quality dental care.

The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, 3+ years in dental office management, and flexibility to work Tue-Sat 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. A business or healthcare management degree is preferred but not required; you will drive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental office management experience.
• Mandarin and English bilingual required.
• Flexible hours Tue-Sat 9:30 AM–6:00 PM.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinical and non-clinical operations.
• Present treatment plans and financial policies to patients.
• Process insurance claims and manage AR.
• Lead staff meetings and trainings.
• Ensure OSHA compliance.
• Optimize scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Maintain high patient communication and service standards.
