Job summary

Benevis is hiring a Bilingual Patient Coordinator to join our dental team in Falls Church, VA. You will welcome patients and parents, verify insurance, and manage the Boomerang files to keep the front desk running smoothly.

Work includes coordinating with clinicians to ensure timely appointments, maintaining a welcoming waiting area, and helping meet office targets through efficient scheduling and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent.
• Office experience in a dentist's or physician's office preferred.
• Experience with children's dentistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to patients and parents at check-in and check-out.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits.
• Greet parents and patients when they enter or leave the office.
• Maintain a clean waiting area and front desk.
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure timely same-day care opportunities.
• Support meeting office financial targets by ensuring schedules are full.
• Answer phone calls and route to the proper person.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
