Ocean Dental Warr Acres clinic is seeking an Office Assistant to manage front desk duties, greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and record medical charts to ensure smooth flow and exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in dentistry, is personable, customer-focused, and preferably bilingual (Spanish). Eaglesoft experience is a plus, and the practice offers excellent benefits including PTO, holidays, and life insurance.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of front office experience in dental setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft a plus.

Mansioni

• Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records and correspondence.
