Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Customer service experience and strong phone skills are required.
• Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage daily goals.
• Answer phones and confirm appointments.
• Greet and check-in patients.
• Verify dental benefits accurately.
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment.
• Collect payments, co-pays, and deductibles.
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations timely.
• Pull patient charts for future appointments when needed.
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
• Assist with presenting and explaining treatment plans.
