Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage monthly/daily goals.
• Answer phones and confirm appointments.
• Greet and check-in patients.
• Verify dental benefits accurately.
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle payments and co-pays, and process deductibles.
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations promptly.
• Pull patient charts for future appointments when needed.
• Keep the office clean and professional.
• Assist with presenting and explaining treatment plans.
