Taylor Dental and Braces - New Orleans is seeking a Bilingual Patient Coordinator to join our front desk team. You will manage check-in/check-out, verify insurance, and support families in a busy dental practice.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent.
• Office experience in a dentist's or physician's office, preferred.
• Experience with children's dentistry, preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to patients and parents at check-in and check-out; verify insurance eligibility and service limits.
• Greet parents and patients; keep waiting area informed of appointment progress.
• Maintain a clean waiting area and front desk.
• Verify insurance prior to appointment and ensure Boomerang file is up to date.
• Coordinate with clinical team to enable same-day care.
• Help meet office financial targets by keeping hygiene and operative schedules full.
• Schedule follow-up operatory and recall appointments; answer incoming calls and route appropriately.
• Collect out-of-pocket balances prior to treatment; re-file patient records daily.
• Adhere to regulations, standards, and compliance programs.
