The role supports payments, insurance eligibility, and patient communications while handling daily sign-in and appointment logistics to ensure smooth clinic operations and positive patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of healthcare/dental front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process payments.
• Process authorizations received by mail; contact parents as needed.
• Schedule treatment and recall appointments.
• Confirm treatment appointments.
• Answer calls throughout the day.
• Process No Show Reports.
• Schedule patients from ASAP list.
• Check patients in and out; verify information on file.
• Verify insurance eligibility.
• Call patients if they are past 10 minutes late and confirm observations.
• Schedule observation appointments; maintain daily sign-in sheet.
• Scan NPP and enter it into the system.
• Maintain regular attendance and collaborate well with others.
