Job summary

Adecco is seeking a temporary Dental Assistant in New Brunswick, NJ. This 3–6 month contract may extend or convert to a temp-hire. Hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with pay between $24.00 and $26.00 per hour depending on credentials (CDA or RDA).

Responsibilities include seating patients, unit setup, four-handed assisting, radiography, instrument sterilization, and inventory management. Requires graduation from an accredited program and NJ Dental Assistant certification and radiology

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Assistant Program.
• NJ Certification as Dental Assistant is required.
• Valid NJ radiologic technology license.
• NJ X-Ray license for oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Responsibilities

• Seat patients and assists doctors during examinations.
• Set up units with supplies and instruments for daily treatment.
• Four-handed assisting with doctor during procedures.
• Operate suction equipment as needed.
• Prepare and sterilize endodontic and restorative materials.
• Maintain clinic and dispensary cleanliness per OSHA.
• Assist supervisor in ordering clinical supplies.
• Adhere to client compliance policies.
