Main Street Dental Care in Ramsey, NJ is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced team. You will handle chairside support, X-ray work, and back-office duties while communicating with patients in English and Spanish to ensure excellent care.

We value a self-starting, team-focused professional who can manage responsibilities with minimal supervision, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and patient satisfaction.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a full-time role.
• Certification as a Dental Assistant in NY and preferred NJ/X-ray credentials.
• Comfortable taking X-rays, impressions, temporaries, and sutures removal.
• Familiar with Dexis and Eaglesoft software; strong communication in English and Spanish.
• Self-driven team player who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end chairside assistance from pre-op to post-op.
• Professional patient management with compassionate communication.
• Provide at-home care instructions and recommend appropriate procedures.
• Take X-rays and prepare temporaries and impressions as needed.
• Maintain sterile environment and office cleanliness per protocol.
• Manage back-office flow to optimize patient throughput and stock levels.
