Fitchburg Springs Dental in Fitchburg, WI is seeking a highly motivated full-time Bilingual Dental Assistant. The role supports chair-side procedures, room setup, and patient care with a Monday–Thursday schedule and no Fridays or weekends.

Salary ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, based on experience, with Mercy Dental Group affiliation. Benefits include PTO and comprehensive insurance options. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Chair-side assisting.
• Setting up treatment rooms for patients.
• Taking down and cleaning treatment rooms.
• Instrument sterilization.
• Stocking and cleaning treatment rooms, sterilization, and lab.
• Patient follow-up calls.
• Taking x-rays and 3D images.

Work Schedule:

• Monday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) clinical hours
• Tuesday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) clinical hours
• Wednesday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) clinical hours
• Thursday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) clinical hours
• No Fridays or weekends!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Salary:

• $20/hr - $26/hr

Experience:

• Dental: 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
