Becklar, LLC is seeking a Dealer Care Representative in Ogden, UT to support dealer relationships through proactive communication, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone and email, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining satisfaction across interactions. The ideal candidate is bilingual (French and English) with 1–2+ years in customer service and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (written and speaking).
• 1–2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dealer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Research problems and determine best solutions.
• Follow up on dealer requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Manage escalations with professionalism and positive outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
• Communicate recurring issues to leadership.
• Mentor team members and participate in training.
