Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a related human services field.
• Three (3) years of administrative child welfare or investigations experience with an MSW or four (4) years of child welfare or investigations administrative experience with a master’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to speak and write Spanish at a colloquial skill level.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, reviews, and coordinates the activities of a team of professional staff engaged in providing licensing services.
• Serves as full line supervisor.
• Establishes and implements a team-based program of staff development and training for subordinate staff.
• Explains and enforces agency policies, procedures, and state and area statutes.
• Translates and interprets for Spanish-speaking clients regarding services available and the proper completion of forms.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned within the scope of duties.
