Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• 3 years of administrative child welfare or investigations experience with an MSW or 4 years with a related master’s degree.
• Ability to speak and write Spanish at colloquial skill level.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, reviews, and coordinates the activities of a team of professional staff engaged in providing licensing services.
• Sets standards and enforces agency policies, procedures, and applicable statutes.
• Maintains effective linkages with Local Area Networks, private agencies, foster parents, and volunteers.
• Translates and interprets for Spanish-speaking clients regarding services and form completion.
• Performs duties within the scope of the listed responsibilities.
