Job summary

CCS Facility Services in the East Valley Area (Mesa, AZ) seeks a Day Service Manager to supervise daily janitorial operations across multiple sites. You will schedule crews, perform quality checks, and coordinate with branch managers to ensure tasks and special projects are completed on time.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver's license, and prior supervisory experience. This in-person, full-time position offers benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience.
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising in-field cleaning crews.
• Multiple site visits per day for quality assurance.
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software.
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure tasks and projects are completed daily.
• Observe facility and company safety rules.
• Other tasks and administrative duties.
