Job summary

Partners is seeking a dependable Part-Time Day Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our Austin facility. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and supports daily cleaning and general maintenance tasks throughout the day.

The position is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, totaling 20 hours per week, at $21.00 per hour. Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a focus on professional service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be bilingual (english and spanish).
• Ability to lift a maximum of 30 lbs.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, twist, reach, stoop, squat and push and pull for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and assigned areas.
• Perform routine cleaning and touch-up duties throughout the day.
• Empty trash and maintain clean and organized spaces.
• Monitor assigned areas and address cleaning needs as they arise.
• Clean and supply restrooms to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.
• Replenish supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance, safety, or cleaning concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Provide friendly and professional service to building occupants and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
