Partners Commercial Cleaning in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated Exterior Light Duty Day Porter. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and safety of exterior areas, enhancing the property’s curb appeal.

Responsibilities include emptying trash bins, observing property conditions, keeping parking areas clean, and reporting maintenance needs. Ideal candidates must be bilingual, able to lift 50 lbs, and available to work 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to follow directions.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
• Ability to work outside in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Empty outside trash bins as necessary.
• Observe and report unsafe conditions.
• Keep garage and parking areas clean.
• Sweep and maintain all parking lots.
• Remove litter and debris physically.
• Check and report necessary exterior lighting fixtures.
