Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial, or porter experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other areas.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing as needed.
• Monitor and restock restroom supplies.
• Respond to spills and trash overflow promptly.
• Empty trash and recycling and ensure proper disposal.
• Assist with floor care as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
